Return Conditions

* Original accessories and packaging should be included whenever possible
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
We understand that products may be opened and tested. Returns are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
* the item arrived damaged
* the wrong item was received
* the product is defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
Apple Devices & Activation Lock
For Apple devices, Find My iPhone / Activation Lock must be disabled before returning the product.
Devices with Activation Lock enabled may not qualify for a refund until the lock is removed.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or bank, processing times may vary.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been approved.
